[Peyton-observing] Peyton-observing Digest, Vol 4, Issue 4

What do people think about trying to observe the North Korean satellite
tomorrow?  There's a pass at 8:08 and another at 9:42, but both are at low
altitude (15 and 19 degrees respectively).
