[Peyton-observing] observing tonight

Hi, All:

Tonight we might have the first public observing this fall, although Munan
and Pete haven't send out the final decision.

I strongly recommend the new people to join them if have time.
It is a great opportunity to get familiar with the night sky and interact
with public.
