[Peyton-observing] FYI: Stadium Lights

On the following dates the stadium will be in use until 10pm, and the lights will have to remain on until at least that time.

Sept 24 (observing scheduled to start at 8p)
Oct 22 (observing scheduled to start at 8p)
Oct 29 (observing scheduled to start at 8p)
Nov 19 (observing scheduled to start at 7p)

The rest of the dates I was given for public observation are fine, and there is no conflict with having the lights off in the stadium.
