[Peyton-observing] Public Observing for Sept

We cannot get the lights off on Wednesday; there is some kind of
practice, which is why we moved the makeup session to tonight, but
we don't need tonight. Maybe you could swap to tonight, if Stephanie
has not already cancelled the request.
