[Peyton-observing] Stadium Lighting

Earlier this semester, it was brought to my attention that there were 
times when the stadium lights were on and washed out the night sky 
during scheduled observing sessions.  It has unfortunately taken several 
months, but I am happy to report that we now have a new person 
scheduling the lights at the stadium for us, and they have provided me 
with a schedule of when the stadium will be in use, and the lights will 
be on from now through the start of winter recess in December.  The good 
news, tonight is the last scheduled evening practice in the stadium, and 
it will be over at 7p.

When I receive the updated calendars, I will post them here so we know 
of these obstacles before scheduling observing sessions for classes or 
private events.
