[Peyton-observing] Stadium Lighting

This sounds good, Stephanie, but it has been our experience in the past
that the lights are often NOT turned off after a practice of some sort
(I think somebody just forgets). It would be good to emphasize to the
new guy that getting them off is important, and perhaps to request
a contact to bug if they are not off at the appointed time. In the past
it has been impossible to do this--security claimed not to know HOW, and
nobody else was, seemingly, available.

thanks
