[Peyton-observing] Doors & Lights

All requests for doors and lights through the first of the year need to 
be submitted by Tuesday or else we are not guaranteed that our requests 
will be accommodated.  I know we have public observing scheduled for 
12/30, and that request is being handled, but if there is anything else 
in the works, please let me know.
