[Peyton-observing] additional observing dates, fyi

Exists already. The observatory is included in the department Support
and Resources>Room/Visitor Calendars, which is a Google Calendar.
I do not know who has editing priviledge, and there are no event details,
but surely these can be added. Stephanie Huston made the entries
which are there; Polly will presumably do this in the future. If we
gave her the details (public/class/etc, any accompanying events) when
we reserve the room (and we can tell from what is there whether it is
already claimed), I think it would serve our purposes.
